The Abergavenny Festival of Cycling offers up a great weekend of challenges with the opportunity to ride two tough sportives over a weekend. On offer is the Iron Mountain event on Saturday and on Sunday there is the Tour of the Black Mountains. Both events have a choice of distances and if you're feeling up to two hard days in the saddle your total mileage could be over 220-miles! If you don't feel quite up to such a punishing challenge there are a choice of distances of 19-miles, 50-miles, 63-miles, 100-miles, 101-miles and 120-miles.
Make a weekend of it and watch the Criterium racing in the town centre on Friday night to get you in the mood!
