Everyone knows Paddington is a helpful bear. He likes to do what he can to help his friends the Brown family, and Paddington also likes to help Action Medical Research, as our much-loved mascot. 
Paddington is, quite simply, an Action Medical Research star.
A chance meeting with the Charity’s founder Duncan Guthrie led to Paddington's creator Michael Bond agreeing to let Paddington support Action Medical Research whenever necessary.
Since then, Paddington’s cheery face has helped us raise millions of pounds for essential medical research. He turns out for events and gets right behind some special campaigns.
Why not try preparing these delicious snacks in class or at home?
Remember to ask you parent's or guardian's permission before cooking though!
If there are any left over at the end of the day you could sell them to parents to raise even more money for Action Medical Research's lifesaving work.

Bring Your Bear celebrates Paddington Bear's birthday.
Children bring their bears to their school, club or nursery for 1 day, have a teddy bear's picnic for Paddington and donate £1 each to Action Medical Research.
Bring Your Bear will officially take place during the month of June 2008, but Bring Your Bear days can be held outside this month.
