Action 100 - Bristol/Bath to London - 25 August 2013

The Action 100 Bristol/Bath to London bike ride attracts over 600 riders each year. Take on this tough challenge of over 100-miles and you too will be helping to fund vital medical research for sick babies and children.

Following the old coaching route along the A4, the undulating terrain in the first half of the route offers up some testing climbs that will get your heart pumping. Make sure you keep enough energy in reserve to spin those pedals all the way to the finish at Kempton Racecourse.

Whether you are an experienced rider aiming to get a fast time or you want to make a day of it and take in the sights, this ride is for you.

Expect excellent feed stations manned by friendly volunteers and a buffet style lunch mid-way through the ride that you will find hard to tear yourself away from! Riders will be supported by first class medical support, mechanical services and a sweep vehicle.

Local information	Parking is available at the following car parks close to Registration: Bristol - Harbourside car park BS1 5LF approximately £14. Bath - Southgate long stay car park BA1 1TP approximately £12. Nearest railway stations are Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa
Return transport	Return transport for cyclist and bike is £15. The charity accepts no responsibility for the transport of bikes and strongly recommend that participants have their own insurance. Please book when you enter. Collection of bikes is on Monday 26 August 2013 9.00am to 12 noon.
