Here come the girls

Jump in the saddle and join Channel 4’s Embarrassing Bodies presenter Dr Dawn Harper on the Action DIVA Warwickshire. You will ride alongside Dawn and hundreds of women helping us to fund medical research for sick babies and children. More women than ever are getting hooked on cycling as one of best ways to get fit and stay in shape. Our Action DIVA ride offers 19-mile, 30-mile and 61-mile routes which will take you through quiet country lanes and some of the best scenery in Warwickshire. We’ll support you on the day with refreshments and lots of encouragement to get you to the finish line.

The circular routes start and finish at the Menzies Welcombe Hotel Spa and Golf Club, Stratford-upon-Avon, where your friends and family can enjoy the fantastic facilities on the day while you’re out cycling.

The Action DIVA series is fronted by our good friend Davina McCall, who will be riding the Action DIVA Sussex. Davina says: "I've been involved with Action since I was a child and as a recent convert to cycling I can’t think of a better way to support my favourite charity. I hope lots of ladies saddle up for this great fundraiser. It's going to be a fun day out and a great way to help such a special charity raise much-needed funds."

"I am really excited about this all ladies cycle ride. I have cycled with Action Medical Research many times before and the events are always exceptionally well run. Registration open	7.30am - 8:20am. Champion riders set off between 8:00 - 8:15am Classic riders set off between 8:15 - 8:25am Cool riders set off between 8:25 - 8:30am Less experienced riders should set off as early as possible, all riders to be on the road by 8:30am.
Ride finishes	6.00pm
