Yes, for most common bikes. Spares are chargeable.

What happens if I get lost or get into difficulty on the day?

On the day you will be given a contact number for our ride control, who will help with any issues.
Question:
How long do I have to complete the ride, and what happens if I can't complete the distance?
Answer:
The ride closes at 6.30pm. Very slow riders may be picked up and moved on.

Do I need to wear a cycle helmet?
Answer:
You must wear a cycle helmet to take part.

How old do I need to be to take part?
Answer:
You must be at least 16 on the day of the event to take part; if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult.

What facilities are available?
Answer:
There are changing facilities at the start, and showers at the finish and most of our checkpoints will have toilet facilities. You can leave a bag, labelled with your name at the start and it will meet you at the finish point. But, we recommend you lock your valuables in your car, or take them with you. A bus is laid on to transport you back to Stormont where your bikes will be waiting for you. Bubble wrap is provided for your bike, which will be wrapped and put in a van at the finish venue for transporting to Stormont. There are two feed stations plus a lunch stop on route, followed by a celebratory BBQ at the finish.
