Castle Ride 100
Last year’s Castle Ride 100 was a sell-out event attracting more than 1,000 riders despite the weather! This year’s event looks set to sell out again with the introduction of a 100km option to complement our classic 100-mile route. Both routes will take you along quiet country lanes, winding through the scenic Garden of England and crossing the border into Sussex.
The Castle Ride 100 is a must do event for any serious cyclists and those seeking a first time challenge with the 100-mile route offering some challenging climbs along the way, including the horror of Hollingbourne! The grounds of Tonbridge Castle once again provide a unique venue for this popular event where family and friends can gather at the finish to celebrate your achievement.
If you are a seasoned cyclist or a recreational rider, the Castle Ride 100 has been designed to make sure you have the perfect day in the saddle. The Castle Ride 100 is fully supported by great route signs, marshals, bike mechanics, back-up vehicles, regular drink points and a fantastic lunch stop. You will be cheered over the finish line as you receive your commemorative Castle Ride 100 ride medal. Enter now.
Our riders will be helping to stop suffering in children. Every tough mile ridden helps fund medical research to treat sick babies and tackle premature birth, to make life better for children with disabilities, and to target a group of rare diseases that together severely affect many forgotten children.
