Need another challenge?  We have 10 more 100-mile/100km rides still to come this year, check out our 100-mile bike rides and clock up a few more miles with the Take Action bike team.

The Chiltern Challenge 100 is now our biggest cycle ride in the Chilterns. The choice of 100-mile and 100km circular routes offer the very best terrain for serious and novice cyclists. The Chiltern Challenge 100 starts and finishes near Henley and passes through the breathtaking Chiltern Hills and picturesque towns and villages on the river Thames.

The Chiltern Challenge 100 is a lumpy ride with some big climbs including Christmas Common and Remenham Hill but for those who enjoy proper cycling it will be the perfect day out!  The shorter 100km route is a great event for those new to long distance cycling and crossing the finish line will be a moment to savour!

If you are a seasoned cyclist or a recreational rider, the Chiltern Challenge 100 has been designed to make sure you have the perfect day in the saddle. The Chiltern Challenge 100 is fully supported by great route signs, marshals, bike mechanics, back-up vehicles, regular drink points and a fantastic lunch stop. You will be cheered over the finish line as you receive your commemorative Chiltern Challenge 100 ride medal. Enter now.

Our riders will be helping to stop suffering in children. Every tough mile ridden helps fund medical research to treat sick babies and tackle premature birth, to make life better for children with disabilities, and to target a group of rare diseases that together severely affect many forgotten children.
