Can you help us to RUN disease and disability into the ground? Are you up for the challenge of running 13.1 miles in the world’s largest half marathon?
Why not join our Action Medical Research ‘A’ Team and our fundraising mascot, Paddington Bear, in the 2009 BUPA Great North Run? We have guaranteed places available and one of these could be yours – but be quick – they will go on a first come, first served basis!

You will need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £40, which includes:
- Guaranteed entry to the BUPA Great North Run
- Sponsorship/fundraising pack
- Training support
- Action Medical Research T shirt or running vest
- Refreshments after the Run at our hospitality tent
- Option of return coach travel from York on Race Day (small extra cost)
In return we ask you to raise a minimum of £250 for Action Medical Research.
For over twelve years the ‘A’ Team has helped literally hundreds of runners, from 17 year olds to senior citizens, to achieve their ambition of completing this Run. You could become one of them. What have you got to lose?
