What is an Apple iPod?
The iPod is a digital music player that can hold up to 10,000 MP3 music files/songs depending on the memory size. You can download songs from your Mac or PC to play on your iPod anytime, anywhere. For more information visit Apple.
How do I get in the running for a free Apple iPod?
It’s easy. We simply ask that you are running in the Flora London Marathon 2005 on behalf of Action Medical Research (this can be either through the official ballot or with one of our coveted Golden Bond places) and that you raise £3,000 or more within the allocated time.
Can I still run for Action Medical Research and raise money on your behalf if I have a place through the ballot?
Yes, of course. We would be delighted to welcome you on board to our team. You are also still eligible to receive a free Apple iPod if you raise £3,000 on our behalf.
What if I agree to try and raise £3,000 but fall short before the sponsorship deadline?
We will be grateful for any amount you raise as long as it is equal to or more than our minimum sponsorship amount of £1250. However, we are only giving iPods to runners who manage to raise £3,000 or more.
