The BMF Military 5k and 10k

Action Medical Research are looking for adventurous runners who might be interested in a running event with thats a bit different.
The Military 10k is an off road run involving hills, mud, water and FUN!
The Race
The Military 5k and 10k is held on private land near Redhill, Surrey. The race is starts at 10am in a screen of smoke and flashbangs to give it an extra military feel. The race itself is an off road run with water 'hazards', muddy sections, trees, hills and even a swimming pool (it's empty!).
The race is electronically timed. So if you are wishing to race seriously then you are catered for but many are there just to experience the fun of doing something a little out of the ordinary. 
You do not have to be some serious fit or hardcore it is NOT tough guy. It is a race for anyone one is up for a bit of fun and doesn’t mind getting muddy at the same time.
Each mile could fund a milestone in medical research.
Entry is £20 for 5k and £22 for 10k, payable to BMF on registration. There is NO minimum sponsorship minimum, we just ask for you to raise as much as possible for Action Medical Research.
