Terms and Conditions

The participant agrees to:

1. pay on behalf of his/her team an initial non-refundable registration fee of £100 to secure a place on PhotoPlod 2008 event, which is organised on behalf Action Medical Research. Please note that this registration fee will be deducted from your total fees.
2. endeavour to raise a minimum team target of £1000 in sponsorship.
3. raise the sponsorship money using legal methods and complying with the advice given in the Charity communications.
4. keep accurate records of fundraising activities
5. comply with all guidelines concerning use of the Charity logo and any other promotional materials/tools.
6. do nothing that will bring the names or logos of the Charity into disrepute.
7. not use the Charity name or logo for any purpose without written permission after the termination date of this agreement 8 weeks after the event has taken place.
8. make it clear that he/she is not an employee or agent of the Charity.
9. inform all potential donors and sponsors that
   1. all donations are for Action Medical Research (a registered charity);
   2. donations and registration fees will not be refundable to the Participant, even if he/she does not participate in, or complete, the event. Money will only be refunded directly to the donor upon written request.
   3. all cash and cheques (made payable to Action Medical Research) should be sent to the Participant and not to the Charity.
10. send all sponsorship monies received together with sponsorship forms and donor details to PhotoPlod, Action Medical Research, Vincent House, North Parade, Horsham, Sussex, RH12 2DP as soon as sponsorship monies have been collected, but in any event no later than 28 days after receipt.
