PhotoPLOD South Downs

Plod for pleasure across the magical, moonlit South Downs and help bring some sparkle into thousands of challenged lives!
All you need is a team of at least six walkers plus a support driver, and you could be up and plodding to raise money for charity.
Team-mates will set off just before midnight from Steyning on June 13 and will watch the sunrise together at Eastbourne on June 14. It costs just £100 to take part in this bewitching 40-mile walk beneath the stars.

Brave the Beacons

Action Medical Research is offering you the chance to take part in our first ever Brave the Beacons challenge.
The Brecon Beacons National Park, situated in mid-Wales, spans over 1,300 square kilometres and its fabulous scenery is just calling out for people like you to run, trek, mountain bike and canoe across it, over it, through it, and up and down it.
Now is your chance to take part in this one-day multi activity event in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. Your team of four will pit their wits and fitness as you try and find your way there!
ScotPLOD Tweed Valley

ScotPLOD is a new event in the beautiful Tweed Valley in the border region of Scotland.
Starting at midnight, teams will walk for 50km across the beautiful hills of the Tweed Valley.
