Payroll giving is a quick, hassle-free way to support the work of Action Medical Research by making regular donations from your pay.
You authorise your employer to deduct an amount regularly from your pay. All donations are taken before tax is calculated so every £10 you give only costs you £7.80 if you’re a basic rate taxpayer or £6 if you pay tax at the higher rate.

You can give any amount and can change or stop your donation at any time by giving your payroll department one month’s notice.
