Another huge bike ride this weekend, the penultimate distance before the big day. I managed a nice 75 miles to whitchurch.. I hate Hills, my legs are sore, i have blisters on my blisters! but all good
My legs are in bits this morning... As the event is nearing i thought it would be good to really push myself this weekend and did a 70 mile bike ride to southport... wouldn't wish it on anyone
Managed to up my game this week and did a nice short little bike ride of 57+ miles all the way to Winter Hill in Rivington,Bolton. Feeling the burn now though...
I'm on the way with the training still. Made it up to Helsby Hill and back at the weekend... a nice 40 miles. See the pics. Please sponser me now!!!
Got a new exercise bike as im currently snowed in... its cheap but will do the job and i can watch tele. Great

I am raising money for Action Medical Research, a great children's charity dedicated to improving the health of babies and children in the UK.
For almost 60 years the charity has been behind numerous breakthroughs such as the UK polio vaccine, ultrasound scanning in pregnancy, and more recently the fetal heart rate monitor a new state-of-the-art device that could help save thousands of at-risk babies.
Action Medical Research relies entirely on donations to fund a range of research projects that address serious childhood conditions and improve quality of life for children with disabilities.
You will also be supporting the Touching Tiny Lives appeal which is raising funds to help reduce premature birth and improve care of sick and vulnerable babies. Your support will help continue this potentially life-saving work.
