Completed the challenge at 1520 on 13th October 2009. 771.7 miles from Brighton to John o' Groats
Made it to Invergordon, 667 miles completed, about 100 to go tomorrow.
Made it to Pitlochry at the foot of the Grampians. Tomorrow i enter them and it'll be tough. 550 miles completed in 5 days.
Made it to Consett in County Durham, 342 miles in three days. Next stop Scotland.

Thanks you for visiting our sponsorship page. Stephen Gagola and Nick Airey are cycling all the way from Brighton to John O'Groats in seven days! That's about 800 miles in a week! Which means we'll be doing over a 100 miles a day, armed only with two mountain bikes, some embarrassingly tight cycling shorts and a lot of determination. We are doing all this to raise money for Action Medical Research. It's a wonderful charity, and with your support we can help to achieve even more medical breakthroughs. So please give generously.
