Hi, many thanks for looking up the page, and the reasons I need your assistance to raise some money for Action Medical Research. AMR AMR run an annual charity bike race from London to Paris, and although it took me some time and deliberation, I finally signed up . The race is over 4 days and roughly 300 miles long, starting in London, winding through the pretty French countryside, and finishing in Paris. The Redbourn Postal team has foolishly accepted me as a new recruit so I better help raise as much money as I can and add to their overall total. We each raise our own, and then pool the money. I know there are some non Uk residents out there and this is a UK based charity, but i would like your help, as does the Charity. The small amount of race pain that I'm sure to endure is nothing compared to all the right reasons to help raise some money for AMR. AMR is a national independant UK charity, totally dependant on your support . If we can make just a little difference, then it is a difference worth while, and for me, anything to do with children is significant enough reason . All monies collected through me in cash or your online donations will go to help out the good work at AMR . The link to sponsor me is the Redbourn Postal button top right as it is easier for all concerned if you do go online. You can read more about the charity at www.action.org.uk The intention is to do the 300 miles whilst in the mid summer Fench heat which i'm sure is going to be a thrilling, butt !! a painfull experience. The bike has been gone through some early indoor winter sessions, but with the better weather, i have been enduring the Muskoka hills in the attempt to catch up to the rest of our teams training. I thank you for your time spent here and I sincerely thank you for you donation. As mentioned, it is easier for all if you donate here online. Non family members living in the UK can help by ticking the Gift Aid box. More money is then given to the Charity. for more about our team please visit www.redbournpostal.com Thanks again, Tim

To date we've raised £12,105.49 total online. In addition to this, the government's Gift Aid Scheme has raised a further £1,619.19

Please help us reach our target of £22,499.99.
