Touching Tiny Lives is the new campaign from Action Medical Research, highlighting the urgent need for more research to help sick and vulnerable babies.
We have already raised £3 million over the next 3 years to help find answers to premature birth, pre-eclampsia and other serious conditions which threaten babies and expectant mothers.
"Action Medical Research does hugely important work investigating illnesses covering all age groups. But, by supporting the Touching Tiny Lives Campaign you will be helping the smallest babies in those crucial first days of life."
"As a mother of two healthy young children I really appreciate how important this is. Please support the charity´s campaign in whatever way you can."
On May 22nd Davina led a mass sponsored walk for Touching Tiny Lives in Portsmouth. The event attracted lots of interest and raised over £50,000 for the campaign.
"I´m thrilled to be able to support the Touching Tiny Lives campaign as a celebrity ambassador. "
"It´s so important we do as much as we can to help sick babies."

"Having had twins who spent their first ten days in a special care unit, I am all too aware how important it is that new born babies get the very best specialist help in their first days. I remember sitting next to my son's incubator, desperate and in tears, not knowing what the future held."
"It was a most wonderful moment when I was told he was going to be all right. But sadly many parents are not so lucky. More work to help these babies is so very important. The Touching Tiny Lives Campaign will enable more research to be done and will give hope to thousands of parents and help babies needing specialist medical care in the future."
As a forward-thinking charity, Action Medical Research is creating a healthier future for everyone. Although we will still fund work into a wide range of diseases and conditions affecting all age groups, Touching Tiny Lives will give extra impetus towards solving the problems of pregnancy, childbirth and the early years.
