Complaints Procedure

Action Medical Research welcomes comment and has a procedure for dealing with any complaints.

If you want to make a complaint please write to Martin Richardson, Director of Finance, Action Medical Research, Vincent House, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 2DP email companysecretary@action.org.uk

We will acknowledge your complaint and then investigate and aim to reply to you within two weeks.

For fundraising matters, if at the end of this process you are dissatisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Fundraising Standards Board within two months of our reply.

Action Medical Research is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board and aims to adhere to its Fundraising Promise and the Institute of Fundraising’s Code of Fundraising Practice.
