Action 100 - Bristol to London testimonial

Fantastic Event, Planning and organisation absolutely brilliant.
The route was good and well signposted throughout, food and drink at the feed stations was great as were the volunteers there to greet us and spur us on.
I would highly recommend this event to anyone wanting to do a 100+ mile cycle ride.

I had a fantastic day and everyone was so helpful. Haven't done this for a couple of years so I keen to do it again. Very well organised and safe routes. I highly recommend doing this for a great cause

This has to be one of the best run charity bike events I've been on both last year 2014 and this year 2015. The organisation and support from the Action team and volunteers at the food/drink stops was first rate and very welcomed, making this event a very memorable pleasure.

Well worth signing up for the bike ride challenge and the great route from the edge of Bath/Bristol to London, with superb support for returning to the start rider & bike post event, which certainly eclipses other large events e.g. Ride London.

Our longest event had been 75 miles until this one, so it was quite a challenge we faced. Having done the Brunel Flyer earlier in the year and been extremely impressed by the organisation, it took little persuasion by Tracey to give this a go. It was equally well organised with perfectly spaced feed stations, superbly catered for. The route was well signed and selected. Every aspect was well overseen and we can't thank everyone involved in the organisation enough for a superb day out. Despite the rain and our age (61/62) we finished well up the field, so were extremely chuffed with our achievement, especially in such an iconic event. A wonderful and enjoyable day. Thanks again to all.

Hello all,

Just a note of thanks to everyone for making the day so memorable. I have completed a sportive rides this year and after the Ride London is was by far the best organised and run.

The route was well chosen, roads pretty quiet, the signage well placed.

I did not stop for a meal but at the drinks stops the flapjack, banana etc were first class and the volunteers very welcoming.

I will definitely do it again next year.

Regards,

John

By far the most organised charity ride I have taken part in. Friendliest volunteers & tastiest feed stations. Grant at Action helped me book as I had problems then Tracey welcomed us over the finishing line with a friendly smile. Really felt like a personal service. Thank you Action for a great day all for a good cause. I think I will call it a "Win Win" x

After first doing the ride in 2010 I thought I would give the ride another go because of the route change. Brilliant ride, stunning scenery and a well signed route made it one of the best rides I've done this year. And to top it off I had a good laugh with the other riders on the coach journey home! Hope to see you all next year!
