A singing school in Kent is releasing a CD to help raise funds for Action Medical Research.
‘Vocademy’, based in Maidstone, offers singing training for people of all ages with an emphasis on confidence building, vocal safety and artist development.

Action Medical Research is delighted to announce we are once again launching our cream teas delivery service this summer.
It’s the perfect opportunity to take a break and enjoy a quintessentially English treat with family and friends either at home, at work or even at school! You’ll be supporting a great cause as well – helping to fund medical research for sick and disabled babies and children.
Last year we raised nearly £55,000 with more than 6,000 boxes - all packed by our army of volunteers - delivered across the UK.

With a smile that could melt any heart, Tom Barnes is the face of a new fundraising appeal by children’s charity Action Medical Research.
The Sussex-based charity hopes to raise awareness of the vital need for support for research to help children like Tom who are affected by cerebral palsy.

The current Miss Scotland, Lucy Kerr, has helped UK-wide children’s charity Action Medical Research to raise over £21,500 at a special ‘Sparkle for Action’ event in Glasgow.
More than 200 people attended the fabulous Oran Mor on Saturday, 25 March, and were entertained with live music from the St Andrews Sisters and a Michael Bublé tribute act. Radio presenters Garry Spence and Paul Harper hosted the event which included a raffle, fun games and auction with some amazing prizes – including tickets to see Ed Sheeran!

Paralympian Steve Brown has helped UK-wide children’s charity Action Medical Research to raise more than £8,500 at the 20th annual Aberdeen Ladies Lunch.
Steve, who was captain of the wheelchair rugby team in the 2012 London Paralympics, took centre stage at the Aberdeen event at the Marcliffe Hotel and Spa on Thursday, 16 March 2017. He spoke about his personal highs and lows and the way in which he came to terms with the enormous shift in his life and dreams when he was paralysed.
