Get a head start on the Christmas shopping, and visit the Christmas Fair at Salisbury Livestock Market on Thursday 24th November, from 10.30 to 3.30pm in aid of Action Medical Research.
With 30 different stalls selling distinctive clothing, hand made hats and scarves, cut glass perfumed bottles, scented bath products, delicatessen foodstuffs and handmade jewellery, you’re bound to find some perfect, distinctive presents that really show you care. And free from the push and shove of town centre shopping for gifts, you can sit down and enjoy your lunch, or rest for a while with home baked cakes and tea, helping to turn your Christmas shopping expedition into a real day out you can enjoy.
You can indulge your own special Christmas style with stalls featuring Christmas cards, hand made crackers and party bombs, unique gift wrap and table-wear to make the Christmas dinner all the more special.
For just £3 admission, which includes your parking, you can enjoy a great day out, get some Christmas shopping done, and best of all, avoid the mad rush of the high street. All the funds raised at the fair will be donated to Action Medical Research, a leading independent charity dedicated to ensuring a healthier future for everyone. Famous for developing the UK’s first polio vaccine, pioneering the hip replacement operation and the creation of ultrasound scanning, the charity funds leading scientists and doctors all over the UK, including current research into bone healing and knee joint replacements at Southampton General Hospital.
Last year the Christmas Fair raised over £4,200 for the charity, proving that you can get your Christmas shopping done and show good will to all men, in the true Christmas spirit.
Your donation could help fund vital research for children
