Essex man completes 3 marathons in 3 weeks
A man from Essex has successfully completed three marathons in three weeks for children’s charity Action Medical Research!
Pete Wiseman finished the London Marathon - the hottest on record - on Sunday 22 April in just over 5 hours.
Speaking afterwards the Claims Adjuster from Hockley said: “I was getting seriously tired towards the end but the crowds here in London were amazing; they really helped give that extra push to cross the line!”
Pete started his challenge on Sunday 7 April in Paris before heading to Brighton on Sunday 15 April.
In three weekends he has run a total of 78.6 miles in less than 15 hours.
Pete, who has three young daughters with his wife Louise, hopes to raise £4,000.
