Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions Charity Cycle Ride 2022
We are delighted to welcome you to the 2022 Aon Reinsurance Solutions Charity Cycle Ride.
It is set to be another great day and a fantastic fundraising event for Action Medical Research. For 2022 we will be taking you on a journey through the villages and countryside of Sussex with three lovely routes for riders to enjoy a spectacular day in the saddle.
All riders will start the day at the Uckfield Rugby Club. You'll enjoy a healthy breakfast before embarking on routes that involve lovely quiet roads, picturesque villages and rolling hills…and of course a few challenging climbs!
After a great few hours on the bike, there’ll be BBQ and refreshments to enjoy with colleagues and friends.
Expect a great day in the saddle with the Action Medical Research team on this cycling event with first class support throughout.

Ride Itinerary
- From 07:30 Breakfast
- 07:45 - 08:30 Champion Route: Registration and Breifings for 08:30 departure
- 08:15 -10:15 Classic Route: Registration and Briefings for 09:15 and 10:15 departures
- 10:30 - 11:30 Cool Route Registrations and Breifing for 11:30 departure
- 13:45 Riders convene at Horam feed stop.
- 14:30-15:30 Riders Return
- 14:00-17:00 Food available for riders

Alice, who was born prematurely at 32 weeks, faces a lifetime of challenges because her ability to move is severely impaired by cerebral palsy.
By taking part in Aon's charity cycle ride and fundraising for Action, you can fund vital research to help children like Alice.

Can I change my route/distance?
We always request a route option during the registration process as a guide for event management purposes - all riders will be able to amend their chosen route on the day of the event if they would like to. Please do contact the team via corporateevents@action.org.uk if you need any further information about this.
