Davina McCall was back on two wheels for her Big Sussex Bike Ride in June, her fifth Action cycling event. She was joined in the saddle by ice skating superstar Jayne Torvill and BBC newsreader Sophie Raworth.
Former frontline reporter Kate Adie had her audience transfixed when she spoke about life as Chief News Correspondent for the BBC at a fundraising lunch in Surrey.
Both Tony Hadley and Peter James host their annual Golf Classic events this month. Tony will also be singing at a new ladies’ lunch event in Kent in October.
Lady Annabel Goldie, former leader of the Scottish Conservative party and a life peer in the House of Lords, was guest speaker at our Aberdeen Ladies’ Lunch.
