Paddington bear is the star of one of Action Medical Research’s most successful fundraisers. The idea is simple: around 100,000 children each year bring their teddy bear to school or nursery for the day in exchange for £1 and help fundraise for the Touching Tiny Lives Appeal for sick and vulnerable babies. All donations go to research to find answers to help reduce premature birth and pregnancy complications.
The event takes place throughout June to celebrate Paddington’s birthday on 25 June. If it suits you better, you can choose another month.
To help your school fundraise as much as possible and for all the children to have lots of fun, we will send you your free fundraising kit packed with stickers, posters, worksheets for kids, educational resources and fundraising ideas. So why not register today?
This year we have set some special challenges for schools and nurseries so register now for your free fundraising pack.
