Louise McCullough

Guest speaker

We are delighted to have Louise McCullough as our Guest Speaker.

Louise is as an orthopaedic surgeon at Albyn Hospital, with specialist areas including trauma, orthorpaedic oncology and sports injuries.

Louise volunteers as team doctor for Aberdeen Rugby and is also part of the medical team at Scottish Rugby Union.

Her skill set and love of fitness led her to apply for the popular Channel 4’s “SAS: Who Dares Wins” and she was the first female to pass the selection process. We will look forward to being entertained by Louise’s many diverse life experiences.

Find out more about Action

Surprisingly medical research to help children is poorly funded in the UK. Action Medical Research has a critical job to do in helping fill this gap.

Since we began in 1952 we have been funding medical breakthroughs like the first polio vaccines in the UK, ultrasound in pregnancy and the rubella vaccine – helping to save thousands of children’s lives and change many more.
