Run for rare

Around 400 children in the UK are diagnosed with brain cancer every year

Jack has come through brain surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy having suffered from a rare form of brain cancer, medulloblastoma. He is his mum’s little hero.

Lisa first thought her 14-month-old son just had a tummy bug when he started being sick. But she watched Jack get worse and worse in hospital and within 24 hours he was diagnosed with cancer. “The doctor held my hand and told me Jack had a brain tumour, it was such a shock, I was numb, and felt sick to my stomach.”

Around 400 children in the UK are diagnosed with brain cancer every year.

Action is funding treatments for children with brain cancer.

Run for a reason and help children like Jack.
