Some 450 cyclists, including skating legend Jayne Torvill, joined Davina McCall for her Big Sussex Bike Ride in June, which raised more than £30,000.
TV medic Dr Dawn Harper hosted an evening of fine dining and entertainment in Cheltenham earlier this year. Wine and Dine with Dr Dawn raised around £12,000. Guests included her Embarrassing Bodies colleague Dr Christian Jessen, children’s TV’s Dr Ranj Singh, comedian Dom Joly and Made in Chelsea’s Ollie Locke.
